PRESIDENT & CEO
Ryan joined the Alpine team in 2010. He is a second-generation landscape business owner and holds a B.S. Degree from Chico State. Ryan learned the business from the ground-up working in all aspects of the field since he was a kid. After purchasing Alpine in 2016, he has grown the company organically through a reputation of attention to detail, quality work, and customer service. Originally from Gilroy, Ryan is the proud father of two young kids and his hobbies include golf, snow skiing, CrossFit, traveling, and food & wine. His goal is to continue to grow Alpine organically and develop the best leadership team of landscape professionals.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Gabriela joined the Alpine team in 2020 with over ten years of experience in the administrative side of the commercial landscape industry. She holds a B.S. Degree from San Jose State with a concentration in Human Resources. Gabriela would like to become HR Certified through SHRM or HRCI and eventually become an HR Director. Gabriela who grew up in Morgan Hill enjoys spending quality time with family, running, and attending fitness classes.
SUNNYVALE OFFICE BRANCH MANAGER
Michael joined the Alpine team in 2020 with over 25 years in the commercial landscape industry. He holds a degree from Cabrillo College with many certifications in the landscape field such as QWEL, Water Manager, Irrigation Auditor, Arborist, and Pesticides. Originally from the beautiful San Joaquin Valley (Fresno), he is a car enthusiast who enjoys spending his free time at auto shows and working on his Dodge Charger. His other hobbies include sporting events, drives to Monterey, and outdoors next to a campfire.
MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Jose joined the Alpine team in 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in both wholesale plant nursery growing and landscape maintenance. He has B.S. Degree from San Jose State University. Jose is passionate about providing great customer service and value relative to their landscaping. Originally from Gilroy, he is the proud father of two young kids and in his spare time he enjoys gardening and growing a wide assortment of fruit trees. Jose is a big-time DIY’er (Do It Yourself)!
MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Pablo joined the Alpine team in 2023 after growing in the commercial landscape industry since 2017. He has a B.S. Degree from San Diego State, a B.A. Degree from Cal State Monterey Bay, & a MA Degree from Chapman University. Originally from sunny San Diego, he enjoys running, hiking, traveling, golf, wine & food. He has completed an Ironman and Full Marathon. He would like to compete in the New York and Las Vegas Marathon before his 60th Birthday!
PROJECT MANAGER
Ismael joined the Alpine team in 2024. Ismael has worked in the landscape industry for many years, specifically the nursery business, until he graduated college. After graduating from Chico State, Ismael began working in the commercial landscape industry as an account manager and eventually a senior account manager where he oversaw all sizes of landscape projects. Ismael is certified in both Recycled Water and QWEL. As Ismael continues his career in Project Management, he hopes to be a mentor and coach to his fellow Alpine team members. In his spare time, Ismael coaches’ competitive soccer and enjoys physical fitness.
ASSOCIATE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Gonzalo joined the Alpine team in 2008 as maintenance gardener. Over the past 17 years he has risen through the ranks by way of his commitments to excellence. Gonzalo is certified in Recycled Water and in landscape maintenance through NALP. His passion is the outdoors. You can find Gonzalo hiking and gardening, with his wife Laura, 365 days a year.
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Nicole joined the Alpine team in 2019. Her attention to detail and organization leads the accounting department at Alpine. She is a graduate from Cal State Monterey Bay and would like to become certified in accounting to grow her career. Originally from Watsonville, Nicole enjoys horse riding, spending time with family, and crafting.
SAFETY COORDINATOR
Maria joined the Alpine team in 2020. She leads the overall safety culture for the company. Maria continues to grow professionally with safety certifications and training. She is a proud graduate of the Leadership Gilroy Program in 2022. Originally from Mexico, and now raising her daughter in Gilroy, Maria enjoys the outdoors, traveling, attending live sporting events, reading, and CrossFit.
