Meet with our potential partners and listen to their landscape needs and desires.
Process 3
An agreed upon landscape management partnership:
Review irrigation system within first 30 – 45 days and provide a quote to bring the irrigation system to a minimum of 80% efficiency. An efficient irrigation system is the backbone to an aesthetically pleasing landscape. Upon quote approval, complete work within 30 days.
An agreed upon enhancement / renovation quote:
Coordinate with asset manager or property manager with projected schedules, tenant / resident notices, and due diligence for proper safety measures prior to project commencing.
Process 2
Provide a landscape management or enhancement / renovation quote based upon scope of work, current site conditions, and irrigation efficiencies.
Process 4
Landscape management partnership: Maintain the property to specifications and provide recommended or requested proposals for weather smart irrigation controllers, curb appeal enhancements, and / or mulch. Schedule monthly or quarterly walks with property representatives to discuss landscape items. Provide fiscal year budgets for operational line items and Capex / Reserve line items.
An agreed upon enhancement / renovation quote: Update asset manager or property manager throughout all phases of project until completion. Work with the internal irrigation team and maintenance team (if it is a property that Alpine currently maintains) or other landscape company (if it is not a property that Alpine maintains) to ensure a successful transition of care and plant establishment.
